Terms and Privacy Policy

We won't spam you, sell or give away your email address, or sell your personal information in any way under normal circumstances (there are a limited number of exceptions - see below). We won't use information you provide to personally identify you unless we are contacting you for support purposes. If you do contact us for support, we may go into your account in "administrator mode" to help support you, but will not disclose any information we find there to any third party in a personally-identifiable way. We will email you when we release new features, have important news, and when you have a notification generated by activity (including a monthly summary). All of these emails are optional and can be set by going into your account settings. We will allow you to completely delete your account at any time (and will not hold your data hostage, i.e, will try and provide a way for you to download it), but it may be retained in backups. On Mysoroban, transactions are only visible to the people directly involved. We will do our best to keep these private from all 3rd parties. We only track user behavior on an aggregate level - nothing that will be personally identifiable to you. For instance, we might be interested in the average number of subscribed cases in your pin code, and share this information, but we would not share how many cases you or the person with your email address subscribes to .
